My wife and I live in Ormskirk, West Lancashire, England. Although my wife and her parents have been resident here for many years, I'm a relative newcomer.Matthew+as+Mr+June+and+Mr+AugustMatthew with and without a beardI feel fortunate to live in and be a part of a vibrant community, where the citizens actively try and contribute to the well being of each other.Since moving to the area, I have witnessed the effort that many residents put into supporting their local voluntary and charitable groups, celebrations and commemorations, as well as the participation in the numerous church and faith activities going on every day, each week, throughout the year.I am fortunate to have the opportunity to photograph, video and report on some of these events.
